Home Inspection Prices
Home Inspections are priced per inspection according to the total square feet of the home. There can also be separate charges for items such as pools, spas, detached buildings such as work shops, garages, play houses, barns ,sheds and any other structure not attached to the home it’s self. It is up to the client, which if any of these they want included in the inspection. We here at Central California Property Inspections do not post our prices on our web site as we do not feel cost should be the number one reason a home buyer chooses a Home Inspector
We believe our Experience of over twenty five years in Residential New home Construction and 6 years in Home Inspections along with our continuing education speak for them self.
